Overview
At AllDoor Masters, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
• Smart locks that have been installed, programmed, or show signs of use
• Opened software packages or digital products
• Cut keys or customized lock components
• Sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards

Proof of Purchase
To process any return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at masters@alldoormasters.com.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchange requests, email us at masters@alldoormasters.com and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
